The payment instructions on this page apply ONLY TO NEW MEMBERS AND LAPSED MEMBERS of CASCA.
If you are paying dues in arrears, you must pay through the page for CONTINUING MEMBERS.
First-time members are requested to fill in and mail the appropriate
Membership Application Form.
The dues may be paid by sending a cheque with
the form, or electronically using the Paypal secure online payment system.
